「是蜂蜜與磨碎的罌粟子，可減輕疼痛。你早先喝了不少。」那人說。但黎希不記得。
之後，他鼓起勇氣，抬頭對上那人的眼；那對棕目深沉且專注，又像是能看穿人般銳利。他捧著瓷杯，溫熱從杯壁傳至手掌。接受別人如此豐盛的款待，不道謝十分過意不去，他逼著自己注視男人的雙眼，而那回望著自己，似乎不帶任何批判、甚至連情感都沒有的眼神，使他更加不安。
